I bought these years ago, back in 2018 according to my email history, in a Teal/Seafoam colour combo. These are the ultimate comfort socks, with a soft retro feel to the yarn and construction. Not too thick and not too thin. They easily come up to mid-thigh on me, which many so-called thigh highs don't! However, I definitely consider them lounging-around-socks rather than getting-things-done-socks. They don't stay up super well on their own, and on me they're quite baggy around the foot and ankle. The lack of strength in the elastic means they're very relaxed and you don't have to worry about them digging in uncomfortably anywhere, but if you wear them to bed you'll wake up with them in a puddle around your ankles.
Big, bulky knit, pretty fun but getting them to not be twisty is quite an activity!
