These thigh bands arrive with one wrapped around a piece of cardboard and the other folded in the package. The one folded in the package had the silicone bands folded so that they're touching one another, and the silicone bands just ripped apart when I unfolded it (shown in photo, but difficult to see). The thigh bands are totally worthless without the silicone liner, as that's the sticky part that keeps them in place. I bought these on clearance, so I guess that's my problem, not Sock Dreams' problem--at least, I assume that is why no one answered the email that I sent to the company 8 days ago in which I asked whether there is anything I can do to keep this from happening to the second, still-unopened, pair that I bought. So that's my money down the drain. Don't let it be yours, too.
