Medium:  Fits US women's shoe size 6-10, men's 4-8. Label says fits US men's shoe size 6-8.5,

Large: Fits US men's shoe size 7-12, women's 9-14. Label says fits US men's shoe size 9-13, though we found they fit down to a US women's shoe size 9 (men's size 7).
