Fits 43 inch hip and waist and the thighs stretch to 24 inches.

Best on inseams under 30 inches (though slimmer legs in the 19 inch thigh range could wear this size up to a 32 inch inseam).

Labels says Small-Large, 5'-5'8" or 90-148lbs.
