Using Your Loyalty Points

So you've signed up for our loyalty program and earned some points! Huzzah! Now you might be wondering how you can use them to get discounts on future orders. If so, you've come to the right spot! 

Redeeming your points is a two step process. First you need to cash in your points for one of the available discounts listed in the loyalty program, and then you need to apply that discount to your next order. If that sounds like a lot, we're going to walk you through it!

Step 1:

Open the rewards app using the "rewards" button in the bottom right corner. Here you can see your points balance, and redeem your points from the "Ways to Redeem" section highlighted in red below. 

Step 2:

Scroll down the list of rewards -- the ones that you currently have enough points for will have a "redeem" button next to them.

Step 3:

Once you've redeemed some points for a reward, you'll be given a unique discount code, which you can use to apply your reward to your next order! Use the "copy discount" button to grab that code so that you can apply it.

Step 4:

Paste your discount code into your shopping cart! You can also add it once you're at checkout. Be sure to hit the "apply" button!

Once the code has been applied, you'll be able to see the discount listed above your total. You can also remove your discount using the "x" where the code is listed under the discounts box. 

Now you're all done, and you can proceed through checkout, or keep shopping!

However, you might still have one of these commonly asked questions...

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Yes! These codes are set to "stack" so you should be able to add more than one. 

Sometimes things can get confusing when you're pasting multiple codes in, so if you find that your discounts aren't getting added, make sure that you haven't accidentally used the same code twice, instead of two different codes.

I redeemed some points for a discount, but the discount didn't apply, and now my points are gone!

Don't worry! You can still find and use your discount code! Just go back into the loyalty app, and click the "Your Rewards" section! This is where you can find any unused codes that you already spent points on.

Just select the reward from the list...

And now you can view and copy your discount code again!

Once you've copied the code, you just need to paste it into the discount box in your shopping cart and hit "apply"!
