Garter straps are 5 inches long.
Sizes listed are waist measurements. Here's the tip from Rago to find the right fit for you: "Measure the smallest part of your waist. If your hips are more than 10 inches larger than your waist, choose the next largest size."
So, if your waist is 32 inches and your hips are 44 inches, choose the size 34 option.

The support boning is made from galvanized steel with nylon coated tips. Rago does not use latex in any of their products.
