Description

We love our M45s so much, we wanted more of them! Thick and comfy sweater knit socks are ribbed from ankle to thigh, with a relaxed, flat-knit cuff that is perfect for scrunching or cuffing. A roll top adds to the vintage stocking aesthetic, and pairs beautifully with a garter belt! Made in the USA!

US shoe size: 7-12 women's, 5-10 men's
Stretch, around leg: 23 inches at cuff, 21 inches mid-sock
Length, heel to top: 40 inches, unstretched

The M45 styles tend to slide down a bit unless they're worn with tights, garters, or Sock Glue.

Machine or hand wash in cold to cool water, tumble dry low or hang dry. For longest life, wash in a mesh bag and hang dry .

No stretch

These are awful! Zero stretch. And not soft.

Thanks for your feedback on the Longer M45 Ribbed Thigh High with Roll Top! Those are listed to stretch up to 23' at the cuff and 21' mid sock. If you are willing to send along your measurements, we'd be happy to help you find other options that will work better for you. These socks are from our Dream Stockings line which are made on antique machines, and the recycled cotton blend yarn is a bit thicker compared to the yarn used for our Dreamer Socks line. However, the socks will usually soften over time after a couple washes. Wayyyyy longer than I anticipated. Very good though, they look quite nice!

LOVE the longer style!

I’m 5’4, so pretty average. The longer come up mid thigh and the roll top stops above the knee so they never roll down fully.

Comfortable and Warm, Not My Texture Though

These have become one of my go-to pairs of socks, but they didn't start that way. There's something about the texture of these socks that I don't love on my feet, so for a long time I never wore them. I decided to put them over tights, and it's the perfect combination, warm, comfortable, stylish, and not too thick. They stay up great, one of my best pairs in that regard, and they look fantastic scrunched down for that leg warmer look with my longer winter skirts. They're comfortable, stylish, and just warm enough for a great layer in winter, without being so hot they can't be worn when the weather starts to turn warmer.

Beautiful thigh highs that fit my thick legs!

I have a shorter pair of these in black that I bought some time ago, Pleased to say the m45s are still awesome. Not as much stretch as the old pair of standard m45s, but they still go almost up to my mid-thigh, which is pretty impressive considering the stretch around the cuff is advertised as around 23 inches. I'm 5'4 and about 200 lbs for reference. Lovely color and texture, looking forward to wearing these!
