Sheer to Waist Tights
"Sheer to Waist" doesn't necessarily mean sheer tights. It means that a pair of tights has no control top or any delineation between the leg and the panty, allowing the texture or pattern to continue from toe to waistband without the interruption of a reinforcing thigh band or solid panty area. If you're wearing short shorts, a mini skirt, or a leotard, sheer to waist also means no weird lines interrupt your look!
