Here's the tip from Rago to find the right fit for you: "Measure the smallest part of your waist. If your hips are more than 10 inches larger than your waist, choose the next largest size." So, if your waist is 30 inches and your hips are 42 inches, choose the size 32 option. Because these are intended to be worn as shapewear, we suggest sizing up by one or two sizes if you prefer a less snug fit.
