Small/Medium: women's 7-10, men's 5-8
Medium/Large: women's 11-15, men's 9-13
Sock Stretch: Can stretch to 21 inches at cuff and mid-sock
Length, heel to top: 10 inches

Machine wash in cool to cold water, tumble dry low or hang to dry.
