Lace cuff stretches comfortably to about 21 inches around. Fuller thighs may find they will be a bit prone to rolling. No matter what, you'll will probably want a garter belt or sock glue to keep them up!
Like all net, they've got a lot of stretch to go up and be true thigh highs!
