Wilma Cotton Tights

These super fine knit cotton blend tights are a delight to wear! Their t-shirt-like material is soft and lightweight -- a perfect wardrobe staple for mild weather. Features a soft, fold-over waistband and cotton gusset.

Note that the panty area of sizes Small-2 and Medium/Large-4 have a single seam in the rear, while the Extra Large-Maxi size has two seams.

Small-2: The waist stretches to 41 inches, the hips to 42 inches, and the thighs stretch to 23 inches.
Medium/Large-4: The waist stretches to 43 inches, the hips to 43 inches, and the thighs stretch to 25 inches.
Extra Large-Maxi: The waist stretches to 52 inches, the hips only to 49 inches, and the thighs stretch to 26 inches. Has a double seam in the rear.

The numbers next to the sizes correlates with size on the packaging.

For those of you who remember the (sadly discontinued) Erica Tights by B. Ella, and Leg Therapy Tights by EG Smith, the material of these tights is somewhere in between those two. They're closer to the EG Smith style, but a little bit finer and less opaque.
Their construction is closer to the Erica tights, with a single seam in the rear on the smaller sizes, and a cotton gusset.
