Currently we have assembled all orders from Wednesday and Thursday and most have been prepared for shipping. We expect any that didn't go out today to be shipped on Monday.
Our warehouse team has moved on to assembling orders placed Friday.
Please note that we are closed for the weekend, and will resume processing orders Monday morning.

As we work through the influx of orders created by our Black Friday weekend sale, we are prioritizing orders by shipping method and order date. This means that orders which were placed with Priority or Express shipping are assembled and packaged for shipping first thing every morning, and again in the early afternoon.

Orders using all other shipping methods are handled based on the date on which they were ordered, with the earliest placed orders getting handled first.

This page exists to give you an idea of where we are in processing orders. Our goal is to update it at least once a day, before we go home for the evening or weekend.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email and you see that we are now processing orders from days after your order was placed, please make sure to check your email, including the spam filter, in case we have tried to contact you.

There may be some instances in which we are missing an item from your order (we will contact you if this is the case), or else the order might just include an item which needs to be folded and packaged still, in which case there may be a delay for a day or two as we tackle our folding queue.
