The Canadian Union of Postal Workers have announced a strike beginning May 23rd. Because our usual shipping methods use Canada Post as their final mile carrier, we will not be able to offer those methods during this time.

During the strike in 2024 we tried using UPS as an alternative, but many of our customers were understandably unhappy with the large brokerage fees that UPS adds to international orders, which are charged at the time of delivery. We would like to avoid that situation this time around, but have yet to find an alternative service that does not add their own fees on top of shipping and customs.

For now, we have turned off shipping to Canada. You can use the form below to sign up to receive email updates about shipping options, as they become available. We'll tell you if we add new shipping options to Canada, and let you know once Canada Post is back in action! Alternatively, if you're okay with the possibility of paying brokerage fees, you can contact us to make arrangements to ship to Canada in the interim.
