While we've found the grips on these thigh highs to do a good job of staying up while walking around the office, you might want to consider a garter belt or sock glue if you plan on walking longer distances.

We've found Kix'ies' sizing chart to be quite accurate. Their sizing is based on height and thigh measurements. We suggest going by height first and thigh second for the best possible fit.

Size A: Designed for folks 4'11" to 5'5" with a thigh circumference up to 20 inches.
Size B: Designed for folks 5'5" to 6'0" with a thigh circumference up to 25 inches.
Size C: Designed for folks 4'11" to 5'5" with a thigh circumference up to 30 inches.
Size D: Designed for folks 5'5" to 6'0" with a thigh circumference up to 35 inches.

Tube style fits most feet.
