Description
These opaque leggings feature strategic cutouts -- some for style purposes, and some for function! A vertical line of oval cutouts makes it way up the front and back of each leg, while larger cutouts between the legs and waist give these the look of stockings worn with a garter belt, without needing to layer separate wardrobe pieces!
